I led end-to-end user-centered design for organizations like Community Development Network and Rooted Healings, conducting research, prototyping, and implementing design systems for brand consistency across digital platforms.

I was responsible for leading physical design, collecting insights from senior directors, and engaging the client with our design deliverables for two Practice Areas within Gensler:

1. Digital Experience Design - a group focused on integrating digital experiences into the built environment.

2. Product Development - a group developing architectural products that promote an inclusive workplace.

I expanded the product line beyond the Micro-Cafe automated coffee kiosk to include a finishing bar and wayfinding signage.
